I am using the broad term ‘digital services’ to talk about websites, apps, and services that are generally distributed over the internet.
This includes APIs and other digital products with no end-user interface.

How?
- Designing open-ended solutions (that can easily be extended)
- Making code reusable
- Planning for data reuse (from multiple sources)
