Southern French? mayonnaise variant with roasted red pepper.
1dl mayonnaise (home made or shop bought) 1 red pepper (sweet and pointy or bell), roasted or preferably barbequed, peeled 1 garlic clove 1/4 lemon
Using a stick/immersion blender, blitz all ingredient to a homogenous pink sauce.
Similar to Aïoli. This is a delicious recipe with bouillabaise or grilled Food, salad and toasted bread.
