The different parties

In which stage are the different parties involved?

Whereas in a garden, most of the parties are seen as gardeners and have different but overlapping responsibilites (see The stages of a website as a garden), in the house building process, we ususually complete each stage in full before handing the project over to the next level of expertise.

The architect is sometimes involved to oversee the process to the end, but can also leave the team when the model is built.
